SifuChef, operated by SifuChef, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or contact our support team inside the Service and we will help you submit the request.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days, you can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period. We do not normally refund the current period after the 30-day window, but you can contact Paddle to discuss exceptional circumstances.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. The funds typically reach your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
